Cheam Painting owner Ryan Milko, started with repaints and spec homes and then his reputation for quality caught on and the company quickly expanded, taking on larger projects; apartment buildings, sub-divisions, custom homes and commercial developments.

Ryan is a family man and along with his wife and three young sons, lives and works in the Chilliwack Abbotsford area. What are your interests? “Sports, Church, Board games…I like anything competitive”

How long have you lived in Chilliwack and what do you like about it? “Over 20 years, I like the small town feel and I have a lot of friends here”

How long have you lived in Chilliwack and what do you like about it? “12 years. I like the fresh produce markets, and the city’s atmosphere
